– Supervises and Monitors the Cocoa Purchases Data collection.
– Compares physical stocks at district warehouses and compare with waybills and goods receive notes and entries carried out by the field staff.
– Monitors the system for errors in uploads of the cocoa purchases data, and make the necessary corrections together with the respective Field Staff.
– Carry out monthly reconciliation, verification and confirmation with responsible Field Staff (Data Collection Officer) to ensure that purchases data for the month in question have been correctly and fully captured and uploaded unto the software on or before the end of the 2nd Week of the new Month and submit report to the Operations Manager.
– Periodically move to the field to monitor and assess uploads of cocoa purchases data by the respective Field Staff.
– Check collector waybills, collector Good Receive notes and any other documentation in relation with farmer purchases and actual bags sold during primary evacuation.
– Follows and monitor all Standard Operations Procedures and IMS Standards;
– Prepares periodical reports to the Operations Manager; Any other task assigned by the Operations Manager.
